Job Overview

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, your primary responsibility is to ensure the effective management and optimization of Facebook and other social media advertising campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving successful advertising campaigns and achieving client objectives.

This Position Includes:

  • Develop and execute innovative ad campaigns tailored for different social media platforms. 

  • Utilize conversion optimization techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Implement organic campaign strategies to foster community engagement and increase followers. 

  • Leverage tools like Canva and other graphic/video editing software to enhance content quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating ad performance and comments ensures timely adjustments and optimization.

  • Facebook ad reporting.

  • Conducting regular Facebook ad account audits ensures compliance, effectiveness, and budget optimization.

  • Monitoring ad account spending limits prevents overspending and maintains budgetary control.

  • Performing audits on non-performing Facebook ad accounts identifies areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Crafting ad creatives for non-performing accounts aims to revitalize campaign performance and engagement.

  • Crafting compelling ad copy.

  • Developing diverse ad creatives for testing enables the discovery of the most effective messaging and visuals.

  • Monthly reporting on Google Ad spend.

  • Setting up Facebook ads involves configuring targeting, budgeting, and creative elements for effective campaigns.

  • Implementing TikTok ads expands reach and engagement on a popular social media platform.

Qualifications:

  • Have 2+ years of Facebook Ads management experience.

  • Ability to create ads, including visuals, videos, and ad copy, that drive engagement and conversions.

  • Knowledge of organic campaign strategies and social media best practices.

  • Proven track record of reliability and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Understanding of the psychology of buying and selling to create effective advertising strategies.

  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and other social media advertising platforms.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time 40hrs Weekly

Pay:

  • Starting Rate is $8/hr US Dollar
